Sorin Niculescu is an attorney in the Bucharest Bar, a PhD candidate, graduate of the Master’s program in International Arbitration at the University of Bucharest Faculty of Law and of the same faculty’s bachelor program. He combines a rigorous analytical approach with innovative legal solutions tailored to the challenges of the business environment, especially those generated by new technologies.
His professional activity has focused on contracts and commercial disputes, as well as matters related to emerging technologies, such as crypto-assets and artificial intelligence.
